BE A LEADER.

BE A FRIEND.

BE OF SERVICE.

BE A LEADER.

BE A FRIEND.

BE OF SERVICE.

Want leadership opportunities?
Come learn how to lead.
Want friends?
We have a family.
Want to give back?
Service is what we’re all about.

Alpha Phi Omega (APO) is a national gender inclusive service organization that is dedicated to serving humanity through our three cardinal principles of Leadership, Friendship, and Service. Alpha Phi Omega is open to students of any background and major, and focuses on volunteering on campus, in the local community, and with national organizations.

Alpha Phi Omega is a service-oriented organization as opposed to a social fraternity. Make no mistake though, joining APO will surround you with lifelong friends. Purdue’s chapter, the Alpha Gamma chapter, has been around since 1931. Our chapter has grown from our original fifteen charter members and with over seventy active members in our chapter today and over three-hundred and fifty active chapters nationwide, you will be a part of a large network of members and alumni. Purdue’s Alpha Gamma chapter in particular has always ranked as one of the top chapters in the national organization and prides itself on being a fun and welcoming place for all.

So yeah, hopefully that’s convincing enough for you. We would love to have you in our chapter! Come over to Purdue Memorial Union B50E anytime or contact us and someone would be happy to tell you more about us.
